Fees & Deposits
To reserve a kitten, a deposit is required. Once it is received, we immediately notify the breeder and secure the kitten under your name. This payment ensures that the kitten will no longer be available to other buyers. It also allows the breeder to begin the necessary preparations for travel, including vaccinations and documentation.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they are transferred directly to the breeder to hold your chosen kitten. For this reason, deposits cannot be transferred to another kitten unless:
A pedigree has not been issued under your name.
Breeding Rights
If you do not wish to spay or neuter your kitten, breeding rights must be purchased in advance. These rights are typically around $2,000, but may vary depending on the breeder. Without breeding rights, your kitten is sold strictly as a companion animal.
If you plan to spay/neuter independently, you must send us veterinarian proof of the procedure. Please note that many breeders will not release pedigree papers until spay/neuter documentation is provided.
Pedigree Documents
Pedigrees are issued by international organizations such as WCF, CFA, FIFE, or TICA. Processing time varies depending on the cattery’s club. Some breeders may charge an additional $50–$100 for pedigree certification.
Kittens always arrive with a birth certificate, and pedigrees can be issued upon request and availability.
Waiting Period
Once your kitten is reserved, the typical waiting time is:
This timeframe may vary due to: Veterinary clearance, Logistics and flight availability, Weather conditions, Airline cargo restrictions, Unforeseen operational delays
We will notify you as soon as your kitten is approved for travel.
